Tracy M'Liss Bezanson
Founder of AliBee Curated Comforts

AliBee was born from a deep love of comfort and the healing power of everyday care, inspired by decades of experience helping others grow. Tracy, the heart and hands behind AliBee, spent over 20 years leading award-winning learning and development programs across industries before turning her focus toward the world of artisan skincare and self-care.

Like many of her generation, Tracy grew up in the era of baby oil tanning, Sun-In streaks, and apricot scrubs. After years of taking skin for granted, she began exploring skincare with fresh eyes—asking what it really means to take care of ourselves as we age. What started as curiosity became a passion for learning how ingredients work together, which ones truly make an impact, and how to create products that balance natural inspiration with science-backed safety. She isn’t a purist, but a pragmatist: striving for formulas that are effective, safe, and a pleasure to use.

Her approach to skincare is rooted in the belief that less can be more, especially when ingredients are purposeful, thoughtfully chosen, and supported by both science and tradition. She draws on her background in adult learning, human behavior, and systems thinking to design products that feel as good as they are for you—impactful, comforting, and beautiful enough to sit proudly on your shelf so that you feel good about yourself each time you reach for them.

Tracy has also studied in mindfulness practices with some of the world’s leading experts, and she brings that quiet intentionality into every product she creates. From formulation to final pour, each item is made not just with care, but with presence. It’s this mindful energy that helps make AliBee’s offerings feel like more than just products; they become part of an immersive, restorative habit.

AliBee is a reflection of Tracy’s broader values: clarity, calm, creativity, and connection. Whether it’s a creamy lotion made with rich, nourishing wildflower-infused oils or a gift-ready ceramic candle that shifts the mood of a space, each product is formulated and finished by hand in small batches in Fair Oaks, California.

When she’s not creating moments of comfort or chatting with friends at markets, Tracy is probably capturing tiny details in a bloom with her camera, having quiet time with family, or planning her next adventure somewhere with moss, sea air, or creatures to meet.

You can feel her educator’s heart in every product, her artist’s eye in every label, and her love of comfort in every touch, scent, and moment of calm.
