Love You More: Magnesium Cream
Comfort should be simple, supportive, and easy to reach for.
Love You More was created for moments when your body asks for a little extra care. Whether you’re easing daily tension, supporting recovery after strain or surgery, or settling into rest at the end of the day, this cream is designed to help you slow down and feel more at ease in your skin.
This formula was originally created while my aunt was recovering from knee surgery. It reflects a truth many of us come to understand over time: our bodies don’t always recover the same way they once did, especially during periods of stress or hormonal change. Supportive care matters, and it doesn’t have to be complicated.
Magnesium helps soothe tired, overworked areas, while aloe, plant oils, and calamine create a replenishing base that feels calming and comfortable, even for sensitive or reactive skin. Designed for daily use, Love You More fits naturally into a self-care routine that meets you where you are.
A supportive, whole-body perspective
Magnesium is an essential mineral involved in hundreds of processes throughout the body, including those that support muscle function, nervous system regulation, and overall balance. During periods of stress, hormonal fluctuation, or disrupted sleep, magnesium levels can be more easily depleted, which is why topical magnesium is often reached for during times of physical or nervous system overload.
Rather than acting as a single-purpose solution, magnesium is commonly used as part of a broader comfort and recovery routine, supporting the body in multiple, interconnected ways.
Tension & Head Discomfort
Many people apply magnesium along the neck, shoulders, and temples as part of a calming ritual when dealing with head or neck tension. While not a treatment for migraines, it is often included in relaxation practices aimed at easing tightness that can contribute to discomfort.
Nervous System & Stress Response
Magnesium plays a role in how the body manages stress. Topical use is frequently incorporated into evening or wind-down routines to help the nervous system settle, particularly during times of heightened stress or hormonal transition.
Sleep Support
By encouraging muscle relaxation and a sense of calm, magnesium is commonly used before bed to help the body slow down. This can be especially supportive during menopause or other life phases when sleep patterns may shift.
Hormonal Transitions
Magnesium does not balance hormones directly, but it supports systems often affected during hormonal change, including stress regulation, sleep quality, and muscle tension. That indirect support can influence how the body feels day to day.
Mineral Replenishment
Magnesium is one of the most commonly discussed mineral deficiencies. Topical application is often chosen by those who prefer not to take oral supplements or who find them difficult to tolerate, offering an alternative way to include magnesium in a daily routine.

A little goes a long way.
A Learning Moment
Magnesium is well known for supporting sore muscles and encouraging relaxation, but it can sometimes feel intense on the skin, particularly during periods of hormonal change when sensitivity may increase.
By pairing magnesium oil with calming calamine, soothing aloe, and nourishing plant oils, this formula delivers magnesium’s benefits while offering a more balanced, comfortable experience. Love You More is designed to support recovery without overwhelm, helping your body rest, reset, and feel cared for.
